Chicken and Apple Balls

We love to serve Chicken and Apple Balls for a snack, or a even a meal and they can also be served as great finger food for your next little party!

    1. 1 large Granny Smith apple, peeled and grated
    1. 500g chicken breast mince
    1. 1/2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
    1. 50g fresh white breadcrumbs
    1. salt and freshly ground pepper
    1. olive oil


    1. Pre-heat oven to 180c.
    2. Place everything, apart from the oil into a bowl.
    3. Using your hands, mix together.
    4. Season with a little salt and pepper.
    5. With your hands, form into about 20 even sized balls.
    6. Pan fry for about 5 minutes until lightly golden.
    7. Transfer to oven for 10 minutes to cook through.
